Statblaster is a well advertised adware that hooks you by promising you real time updates of MLB and streaming statistics for various aspects of the league such as fantasy teams. It is installed without your consent by ISTBar, IEDriver, SaveNow, Keen Value, RapidBlaster and many others or it can install itself. It is offered by Wild Media and its most common versions connect to the adware’s website and download, and then execute files referenced on that page.
