With the increasing dependence of individuals and businesses in computer usage, it takes not less than a second to understand why reliability of computers comes with a price. The rule of economics states that any increase in utility means a consequent increase in the value of the commodity. If you are on a tight budget, does it follow that you must exercise your utmost patience with your slow computer and simply bear with it to avoid incurring extra costs which you think would be pricey anyway? It depends.
